Her passion and innovative approach drive Navshiksha’s mission of empowerment and sustainable change.
Chairman of Navshiksha, founded the NGO with a powerful vision to make education accessible to all. With roots in rural India, he has a firsthand understanding of the barriers faced by underprivileged communities. His commitment to bridging these gaps has shaped Navshiksha’s mission, focusing on initiatives that empower children through education and skill development. Arjun’s leadership and dedication drive the organization’s goal of creating a brighter, more inclusive future.
Nitin Kumar brings a wealth of experience from his 15-year career in human resources, where he honed his skills in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Now serving as the Operations Head of a Navshiksha, Nitin leverages his extensive HR background to streamline operations, optimize resources, and lead impactful initiatives.
Nikhil Vats is a dedicated social worker and serves as the Development Officer for the NGO Navshiksha. With deep-rooted connections to rural India, Nikhil understands the challenges faced by underprivileged communities. In his role, he is responsible for fundraising and ensuring effective disbursement of funds to beneficiaries, supporting Navshiksha’s initiatives to empower children through education and vocational training.
